CONTEST RULES

Enter to WIN a Quad or Snowmobile or $10,000 CASH!!!

• You must be a resident of Canada to enter.
• All entrants must be of legal age in the province they reside in.
• Only one entry per person is guaranteed.
• There is no purchase necessary to enter.
• If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle within the next 90 days, you
  will get 10 more chances to win if you enter the Referral Code ‘WINNER’ on the
  credit application form you submit on our website (Click Here to apply).
  This applies whether or not you get approved.
• Winner must claim the prize within 90 days after the draw date, otherwise,
  it will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
• Winner must have valid government picture identification present when
  they collect their prize.
• The quad or snowmobile winner will be responsible to cover the cost of the delivery or
  pick up, of the quad or snowmobile.
• By entering this contest you hereby give permission to receive information
  regarding this contest and about the services we offer to the general public.
• All entries must be received by December 31, 2023 at midnight.
• The draw winner will be announced on January 10, 2024.
• Nation Wide Vehicle Loans reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare any
  contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules
  or the integrity of the contest have been violated or compromised in any
  way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a
  participant in the contest; (ii) alter or amend these contest rules at any
  time; and (iii) stop or conclude the contest at any time without prior notice.
  Material changes to the contest rules will be broadcast on-air, when
  practical.
• Nation Wide Vehicle Loans is not responsible for any technical difficulties
  experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, electronic
  problems or any other factor that may prevent an individual from
  completing a phone call or for any technical malfunction related to any
  telephone connection, servers, routers or any other technical problem that
  may impact entry or prize claim including, without limitation, any internet
  telephone call connections.
  By participating in any Nation Wide Vehicle Loans contest, entrants hereby
  consent to the Nation Wide Vehicle Loans and contest sponsors usage of any
  one or more of the following for on-air broadcast and for advertising and
  promotional purposes without payment of additional consideration:
  contestant’s name; voice; likeness; biographical information; his/her
  participation in the contest; and the substance of the contestant’s
  telephone call.
• The exact make and model of the quad and snowmobile will be released after January 1, 2024, and will be of an MSRP value of $10,000.00 or less.
